PUBLIC BID FOR SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE |
Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Tirana DISCLOSES the terms and conditions for the public bid for sale of a motor vehicle from the official fleet:
1. The vehicle is: HYUNDAI TЕRRACAN" (SUV) limousine, manufactured in 2002, chassis No. KMHNM81CP2U057061, running on gasoline, 4WD , 3.497 cm3, (142,8 KW), current mileage : 163.275 km, independently assessed as worth EUR 350.
2. This bidding process is open to participation from any person and/or legal entity .
3. Participants must submit their offer by means of a written form containing the participant’s name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and value of the bid, in euros. Proposals inferior to the evaluated price consigned on item 1 will be disregarded.
4. The vehicle is offered as is, and no further repairs or alterations shall be provided by the Embassy prior to or after the vehicle’s delivery. Interested applicants are free to inspect the vehicle before submitting their offer and may schedule such inspections by calling the Embassy at +355 42232091
5. The winning bidder will be exclusively responsible for all the legally required administrative clearances and bureaucratic procedures deriving from the purchase, including paying the applicable duties and taxes.
6. All bids shall be submitted via e-mail to srb.emb.albania@mfa.rs . Bids may be submitted until September 29 2023. at 10:00. Bids submitted past the deadline will be disregarded.
7. The highest bidder will be notified by the Embassy of the result via the phone call and via e-mail message. |

It gives me honor to address this distinguished body once again and to discuss the latest report of the Secretary-General on the work of the UNMIK.
I would like to thank the Secretary-General and the Special Representative for submitting the report. We take note of the efforts that Ms. Ziadeh makes in performing this very responsible duty, especially bearing in mind the necessity of a comprehensive overview and the complexity of the situation on the ground.
