GENERAL INFORMATION ON
HUMANITARIAN DONATIONS IN GOODS

1. DONATIONS HAVE TO BE ADDRESSED TO:

RED CROSS OF SERBIA,
SIMINA ST. 19, BELGRADE,
REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

2. CUSTOMS PROCEDURE
CUSTOMS PROCEDURE ON IMPORT OF COLLECTED HUMANITARIAN GOODS IS MAXIMALY LIBERALIZED. HUMANITARIAN GOODS IMPORTED TO SERBIA ARE EXEMPTED OF CUSTOM DUTIES AND CHARGES. TRANSPORT OF HUMANITARIAN GOODS IS EXEMPTED FROM THE REGIME OF MULTILATERAL AND BILATERAL LICENCES AND MOTORWAY TOLLS.
CERTAIN KINDS OF HUMANITARIAN GOODS MUST APLLY NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR USE (MEDICAL, VETERINARY, ECOLOGICAL OR FITOSANITARY). MORE INFORMATION ON THE CONDITIONS POTENTIAL DONATORS CAN OBTAIN IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH RESPONSIBLE PERSONS IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF SERBIA AND THE RED CROSS OF SERBIA:

IN ORDER TO SPEED UP FITOSANITARY CONTROL ON THE BORDER, DONATORS WHO ARE SENDING FOOD ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO SEPARATLY PACK FOOD OF ANIMAL AND PLANT ORIGIN AND TO NOTIFY EXACT WEIGHT OF EVERY STATED KIND OF FOOD.
3. NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
CERTIFICATE ON DONATION ISSUED AND SEALED BY THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA. INTEGRAL PART OF CERTIFICATE IS STATEMENT WITH THE LIST OF GOODS SENT BY DONATOR TO REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AS HUMANITARIAN AID.
CERTIFICATE FORM IS AVAILABLE AT THE CONSULAR SECTION OF THE EMBASSY OF REPUBLIC OF SERBIA.
